Terrina Chrishell Stanse (11) is an American actress. Her most well-known role is her role in Selling Sunset, a Netflix reality TV show. Her earlier roles included Amanda Dillon (All My Children) and Jordan Ridgeway (Days of Our Lives). Stause was raised in Draffenville (Kentucky). She graduated with a B.A. from Murray State University. She was an actress in the theater in 2003. The name she chose for her middle name, "Chrishell", is an expression of portmanteau that was developed from the bizarre circumstances surrounding her birth. Her mother was born in the Shell station, and Chris assisted with the delivery. Strause's book dispels the rumors regarding her birth. She said that her mother was experiencing problems with her car and stopped at a gas station. While waiting at the car station, she entered pre-labor. The attendant helped her reach the hospital. Strause was born in an in-hospital. Her mother split with her biological father who was half Japanese/half Spanish prior to her knowing she was pregnant. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause missed a full year of middle school because she was forced to live in a tent. At that time, Strause mentioned washing her hair in the river, using food stamps, and concealing her identity from her classmates. At the age of 10, her parents "struggled with mental and addiction health." She then was a member of the Worldwide Church of God. Strause describes her mother as self-centered and self-righteous.
